Replacement of Identity Cards at Age 18

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

• The applicant must attain the age of 18 years but has not reached the age of 25 years.
• The applicant must be present.

 APPLICATION PROCEDURES
The applicant is required to go to the NRD Counter and bringing along the following supporting documents (original and copy) :

• Identity Card

CASH/ CREDIT CARD

• Citizen = RM 10.00

For late application (has exceeded the age of 25 years), refer to 2A Payment Schedule
